The Embassy of Ukraine in Israel, together with the Cinematheque of Tel-Aviv and the producers of the movie are organizing a screening of the movie “Bitter Harvest”, dedicated to the 85th anniversary of commemoration of the Holodomor of 1932-33 in Ukraine and to commemorate millions of victims of this tragedy. 
Based on one of the most overlooked tragedies of the 20th Century, “Bitter Harvest” is a powerful story of love, honor, rebellion and survival as seen through the eyes of two young lovers caught in the ravages of Joseph Stalin's genocidal policies against Ukraine in the 1930s. 
The movie will be demonstrated in English.
