During the meeting it was noted that cooperation in the field of agriculture constitutes an essential part of bilateral economic relations and has all opportunities for intensification. The parties agreed that early signing of the Free Trade Agreement between Ukraine and Israel will contribute to the expansion of such cooperation.

The current issues of bilateral cooperation in agriculture, including increasing the supply of Ukrainian agricultural products to the Israeli market and use by Ukraine of the advanced Israeli technologies in production, processing and storage of such products were discussed.

Ambassador of Ukraine H.Nadolenko and Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Israel Uri Yehuda Ariel HaKohen noted the great prospects of Ukrainian-Israeli relations in the field of agriculture.
