Head of the Kiev City State Administration paid a working visit to the State of Israel

On 9 -10 February 2016 Head of the Kiev City State Administration V. Klitschko paid a working visit to the State of Israel.
On February, 9th Mayor V. Klitschko and the Ambassador of Ukraine to Israel H.Nadolenko attended the International Tourism Exhibition «IMTM-2016" in Tel Aviv. During the event they held a working meeting with the Minister of Tourism of Israel Y.Levin and Director General of the Ministry A.Halevi during which they discussed cooperation in tourism, promotion of Kyiv and Ukraine, as well as studying the experience of Israel in development of tourism infrastructure.
Later in Jerusalem, V.Klitschko met with the chairman of the supervisory board of the memorial complex to victims of the Holocaust "Yad Vashem" A.Shalev. During the meeting the sides discussed cooperation and assistance of "Yad Vashem" specialists in creating a museum and memorial at Babyi Yar in Kyiv.
Also on February 9 V. Klitschko held a meeting with the mayor of Jerusalem N.Barkat. During the meeting they discussed the current level and perspective directions of cooperation between Kyiv and Jerusalem. Mayor of Kyiv V. Klitschko invited the mayor of Jerusalem N.Barkat to visit Kyiv during the events to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Babyi Yar tragedy in Ukraine in September 2016.
