Meeting of Ukrainian Ambassador Hennadii Nadolenko with Patriarch of Jerusalem Theophilus III

On March 28, 2017, Ambassador of Ukraine in Israel Hennadii Nadolenko held a meeting with Patriarch of Jerusalem Theophilus III.
During the meeting the sides discussed issues of union between the Orthodox churches in Ukraine.
Also, organizational issues on the Ukrainian delegation participation in a ceremony of the Holy Fire miracle on Great Saturday at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem were discussed.
On the eve of Easter, Patriarch of Jerusalem Theophilus III awarded Ambassador Hennadii Nadolenko with the Order of Merit of the Holy Sepulchre First Class.
