On April 17, 2018, at the Ukrainian Cultural Center in the State of Israel an exhibition of children's drawings entitled "Childhood under the banner of peace" was opened .
The exhibition is dedicated to the Universal Day of Culture. Olga Leonova, the director of the Israeli branch of the Institute of the League of Culture and the Commonwealth, spoke about the Banner of Peace and the Roerich Pact, the first ever international treaty on the protection of artistic and scientific institutions and historical monuments.
A diplomat from the Embassy of Ukraine in the State of Israel congratulated the guests at the event and handed over gratitudes to Mariia Fuksman and Natalia Lange, the heads of art studios, whose works were presented at the exhibition. The gratitudes were from the Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Israel Hennadii Nadolenko.
The event was held in a cozy atmosphere underlying children's creativity. Young artists from art studio "Rainbow" under the guidance of M.Fuksman read poems for the guests.
