On June 7, 2019, an international campaign "United by the Flag - #LiberateCrimea" took place in Tel Aviv with the participation of the Ukrainian community, diplomats of the Embassy of Ukraine and local activists. 

The Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Israel Hennadii Nadolenko, stressed during the speech: "Today's campaign is unique and extremely important event, which is aimed at drawing the attention of the international community to numerous violations of human rights and international law in the temporarily occupied by Russia territory of the Crimean peninsula." 

Within the framework of the campaign, a large Crimean Tatar flag and a flag of the Ukrainian Naval Forces were unfolded, on which participants wrote words of support to the Crimean Tatars and Ukrainian sailors inprisoned in Russia. 

H.Nadolenko thanked the organizers of the action in the State of Israel "Israeli Friends of Ukraine" and personally to Timur Mamedov, as well as to everyone who joined this important event.
