On October 11, 2012 in Bat Yam (State of Israel) the agreement on cooperation between the cities of Vinnytsia (Ukraine) and Bat Yam (State of Israel) was signed with the assistance of the Embassy of Ukraine in the State of Israel.

The agreement was signed during the visit to Israel the Vinnytsia City Municipality delegation to promote cultural and economic links between cities, strengthen friendly cooperation and the establishment of mutual understanding between the communities of the two cities.
