“Diplomacy should promote the economic ties”, “advanced technologies and investments in the different economy sectors have to become the leading areas of cooperation between Ukraine and Israel”, “the Ukrainian Parliament is ready to support legislative initiatives which aim to intensify the bilateral dialogue”.

Those were the messages of the Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Israel Mr. Yevgen Korniychuk on the panel discussion Ukrainian-Israeli Response to Covid-19: Government, Healthcare, and Technology on the Frontlines during the third Ukrainian Israeli Innovation Summit 27 October 2020.

Starting from 2018 this is already the third event which organized by Israeli-Ukrainian platform Global Israeli Initiative  in cooperation with the Ukrainain IT companies JSCapital, Sigma Software Group and support of the Embassy of Ukraine in the State of Israel and the Embassy of the State of Israel in Ukraine.

Key topics of this Summit were new challenges and opportunities for bilateral cooperation during pandemic period, presentation of the relevant Ukrainian and Israeli technologies and providing of the international access to the innovations in the contre-pandemic sphere.

Nearly 700 top officials and representatives of state institutions and leading IT companies from Ukraine and Israel took part in this Summit.
