On December 10, 2020, Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Israel Yegen Korniychuk met with members of the Union of Chernobyl Disaster in Israel.

Chairman of the Union Vadym Hasdan, head of the branch in Ashdod Mykhailo Shtutman, head of the branch in Kiryat Gat Anatolii Khodos and head of the branch in Rehovot Eduard Primakov attended the meeting.

Ambassador Y.Korniychuk thanked for the heroism and dedication shown during the liquidation of the Chornobyl disaster, and presented “Letters of gratitude" to members of the Union on the occasion of the Day of honor of liquidators of the consequences of the Chernobyl disaster.
