On Holodomor Remembrance Day, November 28, 2020, a memorial service was held in Tel Aviv for those who died during the Holodomor of 1932-1933 in Ukraine.

The Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Israel Yevgen Korniychuk attended the memorial service and lit a candle of remembrance in honor of the millions of innocent victims of this horrendous tragedy.

Today, the National Flag of Ukraine was flying half-mast on the territory of the Embassy of Ukraine in the State of Israel in honor the memory of victims of genocide committed by the totalitarian communist regime in order to destroy the Ukrainian nation.
