December 18, 2019 an exhibition "Odessa is my hometown" of Viktor Poteriaiko was opened at the Ukrainian Cultural Center in Bat Yam.

The author - a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, Vice-President of the Union of Marinists of Odessa V. Poteriaiko was handed the honors of the Embassy of Ukraine in the State of Israel.

The curator of the exhibition, the director of the Odessa M.Roerich House-Museum,Olena Petrenko told about the life and work of the artist, as well as interesting facts about the history of the city of Odessa.

During the event, a chief editor Tatiana Slonimska presented the 15th issue of the journal "League of Culture".

The evening was held in a warm atmosphere of creativity.
