During the celebration on the occasion of "Hanukkah" the Ambassador lit the candle, congratulated the audience, wished all the citizens of Israel peace and harmony for many years as well as thanked the representatives of the Israeli government for assistance and expressed hope for further fruitful bilateral cooperation.

On behalf of the "Veteran’s Union of World War II - Fighters Against Nazism" the Chairman Mr. Abram Grinzayd awarded the Ambassador of Ukraine H.Nadolenko an honorable diploma.

At the ceremony also were present heads of foreign diplomatic missions, Israeli Minister of Immigrant and Absorption Mrs. Sofa Landver and other representatives of political circles in Israel.
