On July 14, 2020, the Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Israel Hennadii Nadolenko took part in the webinar “SECOND WAVE OF СOVID-19. Israel and Ukraine join forces to develop strategic and technological solutions", organized by the Ukrainian-Israeli Alliance with the assistance of the Embassy of Ukraine in the State of Israel.

In his speech, the Ambassador of Ukraine stressed the tasks of the Foreign Ministry in the context of countering the pandemic and restoring the pre-crisis level of bilateral communications, and called for to continue exchange of views to improve approaches to counter the pandemic and minimize its consequences for the economies of two countries.

Representatives of the parliamentary, governmental, scientific and business circles of Ukraine and Israel continued the interactive dialogue aimed at accumulating experience and applying innovative technological developments to counter COVID-19.

The speakers paid great attention to legislative decisions to support the economy, vulnerable groups, entrepreneurs, as well as practical measures taken by companies to ensure efficiency and staff retention in a pandemic.
