On June 26, the Embassy of Ukraine in the State of Israel honors the Day of the Crimean Tatar flag.

Today, at the Embassy of Ukraine in the State of Israel next to the flag of Ukraine is waving the Crimean Tatar flag - the national flag of the indigenous people of the Crimean peninsula.

This Day reminds us of the unity of Ukrainian and Crimean Tatar people, as well as the violation of rights, repressions and discrimination against Crimean Tatars, since the beginning of Russia’s occupation of sovereign territory of Ukraine, the peninsula of Crimea.
